Responsibilities

• Provide assistance creating a rental car reservation, processing rentals and providing clean and safe vehicles to our customers.
• Assist customers with post rental inquiries involving the rental and billing process.
• Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and requirements.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by actively soliciting business after inquiries and overcoming objections.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, including inspection for damage, interior/exterior cleaning, refueling and fluid checks.
