Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and positive rental experience for Lyft and Uber drivers.
• Assist customers with reservations, rental agreements, vehicle exchanges, and rental extensions.
• Answer questions related to rental requirements, billing, roadside assistance, and program guidelines.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable customer support before, during, and after the rental process.
• Promote rental products and services while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.
• Communicate program details, policies, and procedures clearly and accurately.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pickup by inspecting cleanliness and damage, vacuuming, washing, refueling, and checking fluids.
• Help maintain efficient branch operations and ensure vehicles meet company standards for safety and presentation.
