Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and flexible shifts are required; outdoor work is possible.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.
• Strong professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literate and detail oriented.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Fluency in English; multilingual abilities encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal operations to provide customers the best rental car experience.
• Assist customers with creating reservations, processing rentals, and vehicle prep.
• Address post-rental inquiries involving rentals and billing.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering helpful customer service.
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and requirements.
• Explain Hertz/Lyft/Uber Program procedures to customers.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by soliciting additional business after inquiries.
• Prepare vehicles for pickup, including damage checks, cleaning, fueling and fluids.
