Job summary

The Hertz Local Edition team seeks a Sales and Service Specialist to deliver the fastest, easiest rental car experience for Lyft and Uber drivers.

You will assist with reservations, process rentals, ensure clean, safe vehicles, and explain the Hertz/Lyft/Uber program to customers.

In a fast-paced environment, you will upsell opportunities, handle inquiries, and support customers from Union, New Jersey, with strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility for weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
