Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance creating rental car reservations and processing rentals.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer pick-up.
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries in billing and rental processes.
• Answer inquiries about Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and requirements.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by suggesting add-ons and services.
• Communicate Hertz/Lyft/Uber procedures clearly to customers.
