The Hertz Corporation is seeking a Mobility Specialist, TNC to join the Hertz Local Edition team in Richardson, TX. You will facilitate the fastest, easiest rental car experience for Lyft and Uber drivers and serve as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, processing rentals, and ensuring clean and safe vehicles while addressing program and billing questions with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal operational efficacy to provide customers the best rental car experience (Hertz/Lyft/Uber).
• Provide assistance creating a rental car reservation, processing rentals, and ensuring clean and safe vehicles.
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries involving rental and billing processes.
• Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and related requirements.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by addressing customer inquiries and overcoming objections.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for pickup, including damage checks, cleaning, fueling, and fluid levels.
