Wind River Environmental seeks a Local Commercial Sales Representative in the greater Richmond, VA area to drive growth and build lasting client relationships. The role covers a territory extending toward Fredericksburg and Williamsburg and offers a six-figure income with base salary plus commission.

You will prospect, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver grease trap cleaning, pumping, and plumbing solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (industrial/commercial preferred).
• CRM experience, especially with Salesforce, is a plus.
• A proactive hunter mentality and strong communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office tools and data analysis for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Prospect aggressively to generate new business and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Build Relationships: Engage with restaurants, office complexes, healthcare facilities, and more.
• Seal the Deal: Negotiate contracts, create proposals, and close deals to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate & Solve: Work with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and growth.
• Achieve Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas while learning our grease trap, pumping, and plumbing services.
