SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to drive revenue in the commercial restoration market. You will build strong client relationships and expand our services in the Chesapeake area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry preferred.
• Strong process and results-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target commercial clients educating them about the advantages of using SERVPRO.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with commercial properties, and other potential clients in our sales territory and seek leads to ensure revenue growth.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective sales strategies and networking.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
