Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology sales across Saint Louis, Springfield MO and Des Moines IA. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Travel within territory and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential. The role reports to the Business Leader and requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, with a BS/BA degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; significant, demonstrated Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and successful execution against business objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Product launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography and occasionally beyond to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans that leverage customer, market, and business insights to drive performance
