Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology access and demand in the Shreveport, LA, and Little Rock/Fort Smith, AR markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers, using data to improve patient access and outcomes.

The role requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic planning, field execution, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of specialty/biologics sales experience with Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive access and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory/account plans for Shreveport LA and AR markets.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and infusion providers.
• Leverage data and insights to optimize patient access and outcomes.
• Maintain CRM activity, submit plans and interactions on time, and pursue growth.
• Represent argenx with integrity while adhering to compliance standards.
