Sanofi is seeking a Rheumatology Key Account Specialist for a remote territory covering Puerto Rico. The role drives brand performance with physicians and healthcare teams, delivering clinically-focused messaging and executing strategic plans to grow product utilization.

You will build relationships with rheumatology experts, coordinate with TLLs, and present scientific information in a compliant, ethical manner. 75% travel nationwide is required to support field initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of performance across physician/customer facing and strategic roles.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time nationwide.
• Effective communication and change agility skills.
• Strong business acumen and project management skills.
• Experience with pull-through and total office call is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Engage Rheumatology customers within assigned territory and deliver clinically focused messaging to introduce, grow brand-share and revenue, and to consistently deliver on product goals.
• Execute strategy and tactics within accounts in the Rheumatology therapeutic area to generate product utilization.
• Develop strong working relationships with Rheumatology experts, nurses, office staff and other healthcare personnel and patient advocacy groups as directed.
• Coordinate with cross functional Rheumatology team members to ensure optimal account success.
• Conduct presentations and convey clinical information to HCPs including hospital and large group practices.
• Provide market insights and field feedback to home office.
• Lead initiatives to support sales success and participate in industry congresses and meetings.
• Plan and sponsor local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Maximize budget allocated to the territory to support strategies and tactics.
• Drive opportunities by targeting large group practices, IDNs, and other key targets.
