Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 2+ years of Rheumatology sales experience preferred.
• Successful track record of performance in physician/customer facing roles.
• Experience with pull-through and total office call.
• Launch experience in specialty biologics; injection or infusion experience.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and change agility skills.
• Travel up to 75% of time nationwide; readiness to travel to home office and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage Rheumatology customers within assigned geography and deliver clinically focused messages to grow brand share and revenue.
• Execute strategy and tactics within accounts to generate product utilization.
• Develop strong relationships with Rheumatology experts, nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups.
• Coordinate with Rheumatology cross-functional team members to ensure account success.
• Conduct presentations to HCPs in institutions and large practices in a professional, compliant manner.
• Demonstrate deep marketplace and product knowledge with evidence-based data.
• Provide market insights to home office.
• Coordinate with field and home office teams to address customer needs and market trends.
• Lead initiatives to support sales success (e.g., congresses, regional meetings).
• Provide site-level in-service training and sponsor local promotional speaker programs.
