The candidate will build strong Beziehungen with Rheumatology experts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead local speaker programs while adhering to compliant, ethical standards. Spanish/English bilinguals are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device sales.
• Proven performance in physician/customer facing roles.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Spanish and English bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage Rheumatology customers within assigned territory with clinically focused messaging.
• Develop relationships with Rheumatology experts and office staff to drive brand goals.
• Conduct presentations for HCPs in academic centers and large group practices.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure account success and program execution.
• Plan and sponsor local speaker programs and activities; manage budget for the territory.
