Qualifications

2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
2+ years of Rheumatology sales experience preferred.
Proven track record in physician/customer facing roles.
Experience with pull through and total office calls.
Launch experience; selling a specialty biologic; injection or infusion.
Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment.
Effective communication and change agility skills.
Strong business acumen and project management skills.
Ability to travel up to 75% of time nationwide.

Responsibilities

Engage Rheumatology customers within territory and deliver clinically focused messages to grow brand share and revenue.
Execute strategy within accounts in Rheumatology to generate product utilization.
Develop relationships with Rheumatology experts, nurses, and staff; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Present clinical information fluently to HCPs in academic centers or large practices.
Provide market insights to the home office and coordinate field activities.
Lead local speaker programs, sponsor activities, and manage budgets for territory.
