Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record across physician/customer facing and strategic roles.
• Experience with pull through and total office call.
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment.
• Strong communication and change agility.
• Travel up to 75% nationwide.
• Clean fleet safety and driving record compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage Rheumatology customers in the territory with clinically focused messaging.
• Execute strategy to drive product utilization and revenue.
• Build relationships with Rheumatology experts and staff.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure account success.
• Present clinical information to HCPs professionally and compliantly.
• Provide market insights and feedback to home office.
• Lead local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Plan and sponsor local events and trainings.
• Allocate resources to grow the territory.
