Job summary

argenx is expanding its Rheumatology field force to cover Denver, Omaha, and Lincoln, NE, delivering innovative therapies and improving patient access through strategic territory planning and strong KOL relationships.

The TBM will build cross-functional partnerships, leverage data-driven insights, and consistently meet sales objectives while adhering to compliance standards in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and achieving objectives.
• Experience planning and executing territory and account strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights.
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to deliver value.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers.
• Leverage data and approved tools to inform decision-making and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
