Job summary

argenx US Inc. seeks a Territory Business Manager (TBM) for the Portland, OR and Boise, ID markets.

You will drive demand generation in rheumatology, build trusted relationships with clinicians, academic centers, and specialty providers, and improve patient access and outcomes. In collaboration with regional and field teams, you will leverage data-driven insights to inform strategy, execute territory plans, and consistently meet sales objectives while upholding compliance and high ethical

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and execution against objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.
• Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using insights.
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to deliver value.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data, market intelligence and approved tools to inform decisions.
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity on time.
• Demonstrate ownership of business results and address challenges proactively.
• Practice humility by listening to customers and learning continuously.
