Job summary

argenx SE in the United States seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive demand and expand access in Rheumatology. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to plan and execute territory and account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Travel within Fresno, Los Angeles, and Bakersfield, CA to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights.
• Demonstrate data-driven engagement to improve patient access and outcomes.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and specialty pharmacy partners.
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity on time and accurately.
