Job summary

argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to lead demand generation across San Jose, Oakland and Berkeley markets. You will build relationships with physicians, academic centers, and specialty pharmacies to improve patient access and outcomes, reporting to the Business Leader.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, rheumatology experience preferred, and ability to travel; candidates must reside in the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; significant Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of hitting sales objectives and executing territory plans.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; candidates must reside in the assigned market/territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Submit plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
