Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation in Rheumatology across San Jose, Oakland, and Berkeley markets in California. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Working with internal and field-based colleagues, you will leverage data-driven insights to develop strategic territory plans, execute account strategies, and consistently achieve sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and objective achievement.
• Strong understanding of market access dynamics and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute territory plans leveraging data and insights.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers.
• Report CRM activity accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliant promotion and ethical conduct.
