argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to lead demand generation in San Francisco, CA, with focus on building relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes. The TBM will work with cross‑functional teams to leverage data-driven insights in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role covers the San Francisco, Stockton, CA and Honolulu, HI markets, reporting to the Business Leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; significant Rheumatology experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of high sales performance and successful execution against business objectives
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
• Product launch experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required and candidates must reside within assigned market/territory

Responsibilities
