Job summary

argenx in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to drive demand, build clinical relationships, and improve patient access across Charleston, Roanoke, and surrounding markets. You will partner with field-based teams to deploy strategic plans and leverage data to optimize results.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, strong Rheumatology experience, and a proven ability to execute territory strategies while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment; product launch experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans based on insights.
