Job summary

argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to cover Charleston/Huntington, WV and Roanoke, VA. You will drive demand generation, build trusted relationships with HCPs, academic centers, and specialty providers, and execute data-driven territory plans to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will work with internal and field-based teams, apply a patient-first mindset, and report to the Business Leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology preferred.
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Demonstrate innovative approaches to improve customer engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, staff, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data and tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity timely and accurately.
