Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to drive demand in Rheumatology across the US Southwest region, including Albuquerque, Phoenix, and Tucson. The TBM will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/rare disease or biologics sales with strong Rheumatology experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using insights to drive performance.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals and deliver value in healthcare ecosystem.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time.
