Job summary

argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to cover Columbia, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach, SC markets. You will build trusted relationships with clinicians, academic centers, and specialty providers to expand access and improve patient outcomes.

Reporting to the Business Leader, you will develop data-driven plans, travel within your geography, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive demand generation and achieve ambitious sales objectives while upholding integrity

Qualifications

5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology preferred.
Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
Experience planning and executing territory and account strategies.
Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
Identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve goals.
Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and partners.
Utilize data and tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
Achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
Submit account plans and CRM activity on time.
