argenx US Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology-focused demand generation across Seattle, Tacoma, and Spokane markets.

You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and a patient-first mindset, reporting to the Business Leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; significant, demonstrated Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and successful execution against objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.
• Demonstrated collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography and occasionally beyond to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights to drive performance.
