argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager in Seattle to drive demand and build trusted relationships with clinicians and specialty providers. You will work closely with regional colleagues to deliver patient access and outcomes through data-driven engagement and innovative outreach.

Based in Seattle, the TBM will cover Seattle, Tacoma, and Spokane markets, reporting to the Business Leader.

Formación

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease or biologics sales, with strong Rheumatology background.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in a field-based role.
• Ability to develop territory and account strategies in a dynamic market.
• Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans using market and customer insights.
• Demonstrate innovation and co-creation to improve customer engagement and patient outcomes.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers.
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity.
