Job summary

argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager for Albuquerque, AZ, Phoenix, AZ, and Tucson, AZ, with a goal to drive demand and improve patient access. This full-time role reports to the Business Leader and requires 5+ years in specialty sales, with proven success in Rheumatology or related fields.

The TBM will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
• Experience planning and executing territory and account strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable in a rapidly evolving environment; product launch experience a plus.
