argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology demand and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers across Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greensboro, NC.

The TBM will leverage data-driven insights, collaborate with field and internal teams, and strive to improve patient access and outcomes while aligning with argenx compliance policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Residence within the assigned market/territory.

Responsabilités

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory/account plans using market insights.
• Identify opportunities and implement creative solutions to improve engagement and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, staff, specialty pharmacies and infusion providers.
• Utilize data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans, customer interactions and CRM activity accurately and timely.
• Take ownership of business results and address challenges within the territory.
• Listen to customers, patients, caregivers, and colleagues to continuously improve.
