Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales; Rheumatology preferred
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies
• Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Adaptable in a rapidly evolving environment
• Product launch experience preferred
• Demonstrates Innovation pillar and Co-Creation values

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
• Identify opportunities and implement creative solutions to improve engagement and outcomes
