argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to drive demand across Miami, FL, Fort Lauderdale and San Juan markets. This full-time field role builds trusted relationships with clinicians, academic centers, and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will develop and execute strategic territory plans, leverage data insights, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives with integrity and compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; significant Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of sales performance and objective achievement.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute territory and account strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Adapt to a rapidly evolving environment; prior product launch experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
