argenx SE in the United States is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead demand generation in Rheumatology across Atlanta, Athens, and Duluth, GA. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will report to the Business Leader and work with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to drive territory performance while adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, Rheumatology preferred
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Adaptable in a rapidly evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights
• Engage customers with innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes
