argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead Rheumatology sales in the Trenton/Philadelphia region, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes. The TBM will travel within the territory, develop strategic plans, and leverage insights to meet and exceed sales objectives while upholding compliance and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Residence within the assigned market/territory.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of business results and address challenges within the territory.
