Job summary

Argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology demand in San Diego, Irvine, and Chula Vista. You will build trusted relationships with clinicians, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers to improve patient access and outcomes.

In this field-based role, you will leverage data-driven insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and execute strategic territory plans while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, with Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and launching products in a field setting.
• Ability to develop strategic territory plans and build strong clinician relationships.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans based on insights and market data.
• Engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.
