Job summary

argenx US Inc is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation in Rheumatology across Jacksonville, FL, Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL. The TBM will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes, reporting to the Business Leader.

The role requires strong collaboration, data-driven decision making, and a patient-first mindset in a dynamic biotech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and achieving objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.
• Collaborative with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable to a rapidly evolving environment.
• Product launch experience preferred.

• Travel within assigned geography and beyond to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
