Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) in the United States to drive Rheumatology demand, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and improve patient access. The TBM will travel within Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Murfreesboro, TN, and partner with regional and cross-functional teams to execute strategy, leverage data, and deliver on business objectives.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven insights, and a patient-first mindset, reporting to the Business Leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory/account strategies
• Product launch experience preferred
• Candidates must reside within the assigned market/territory

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive performance
