Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive rheumatology demand and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers across Saint Louis, MO; Springfield, MO; and Des Moines, IA. The TBM will report to the Business Leader and work with regional colleagues to deliver on business objectives.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, patient-first engagement, and adherence to compliance policies while traveling within the geography

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Experience planning and executing territory and account strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using insights.
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and solutions for better engagement.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve goals.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliates, and infusion providers.
• Use data and market intelligence to inform decisions and maximize impact.

• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
• Take ownership of business results and address challenges within the territory.
