Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using insights.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to deliver value.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and partners.
• Utilize data and market intelligence to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Meet or exceed sales targets with integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and timely.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for business results.
