Job summary

argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation in Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Warren, MI. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and data-driven insights to meet business objectives. The TBM will report to the Business Leader and must reside within the assigned market, with travel across the territory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute territory strategies.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Residence within assigned market/territory required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using data-driven insights.
• Drive demand generation in Rheumatology and improve patient access and outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve goals.
• Maintain CRM activity and timely reporting of interactions and plans.
