Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to drive Rheumatology-focused demand in the Miami, FL and San Juan, PR markets. You will develop strategic territory plans, engage healthcare professionals and infusion providers, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize patient access and outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales with rheumatology exposure, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of achieving sales targets while upholding ethics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Significant Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to guide decisions.
