argenx is hiring a Territory Business Manager to drive demand in Rheumatology across Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Van Nuys markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, leverage data-driven insights, and maintain a patient-first mindset to meet business objectives.

Formación

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, with significant Rheumatology exposure preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and objectives execution.
• Experience planning and executing territory and account strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Product launch experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
