argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager for Birmingham, AL, covering Birmingham, Montgomery, and Huntsville markets. The TBM will drive demand through strategic territory plans, build relationships with rheumatology specialists, and leverage data-driven insights to improve patient access and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of specialty sales, rheumatology experience preferred, and a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams while meeting sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives
• Experience planning and executing territory and account strategies
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Thrives in a rapidly evolving environment; product launch experience preferred
