argenx seeks a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager for Cincinnati, OH, covering Cincinnati, Louisville and Covington markets. You will drive demand generation, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Working with internal and field colleagues, you will leverage data-driven insights, customer engagement, and a patient-first mindset to deliver on business objectives

Qualificações

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and successful execution against objectives.
• Residence within the assigned market/territory (Cincinnati/Louisville/Covington area).
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights to drive performance.
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions for better engagement.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers.
• Use data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity on time.
• Take ownership of business results and proactively address challenges in the territory.
