argenx is hiring a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology demand in Brooklyn, Jamaica, and Flushing, NY. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacies to improve patient access and outcomes.

Reporting to the Business Leader, you will develop strategic plans, leverage data insights, and collaborate across functions to exceed sales objectives while upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales with Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and executing territory plans.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining compliance and integrity.
• Submit CRM activity accurately and on time.
