argenx is recruiting a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager for the Cleveland, OH area. You will drive demand generation, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and collaborate with regional teams to enhance patient access and outcomes.

The role covers Cleveland, Warren, and Cuyahoga Falls markets. The TBM will work with internal and field-based colleagues, using data-driven insights and a patient-first mindset to meet business objectives while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and achieving objectives.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute territory/account strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Leverage data, insights, and customer engagement to drive performance.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliates, and infusion providers.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
• Maintain integrity and compliance while exceeding sales objectives.
