Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, analytics or related field.
• Experience in Revenue Growth Management, commercial strategy, planning, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Ability to translate complex questions into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the RGM Bottler Planning process to connect long-term strategy with annual planning.
• Partner with Bottlers, Franchise, RGM, Finance, Strategy to translate priorities into clear assumptions and actions.
• Develop analytical frameworks and scenario models to evaluate options and improve decisions.
• Improve planning processes, methodologies, tools, data, and workflows supporting Bottler Planning.
• Leverage Power BI, Excel, and related tools to simplify complex information and provide visibility into performance, risks, and planning assumptions.
• Work across enterprise data sources to integrate, validate, reconcile, and interpret information for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate planning and analytics, reducing manual work while improving speed and accuracy.
• Explore AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate analysis, automation, and documentation.
• Translate complex analytics into clear executive insights, recommendations, and actions for senior leaders.
• Shape a forward-looking roadmap for Bottler Planning capabilities, tools, and processes.
• Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working with diverse analytical abilities.
