Job summary

kSARIA Corporation in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Customer Support Specialist to act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams throughout ordering, RFQ posting, quote follow-ups, and order status communications. The role requires strong communication, organization, and ERP experience within a manufacturing/defense context.

The candidate will gather data for updates and contract modifications, support program management, and ensure customer satisfaction across the order lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Service role
• Familiarity with US government contracting FAR requirements and contract terms and conditions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and build strong relationships with customers via telephone communications.
• Work as an integral part of the sales team.
• Post RFQ’s to the quote log and follow up on incomplete quotation packages.
• Monitor quote process to ensure quotations are submitted on time.
• Communicate order status to customers through the period of performance.
• Gather data from internal areas and present updates to customers.
