Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing is seeking a Bid Support Specialist to manage RFQ records and coordinate the quotes process across the bidding group. You will review technical packages and ensure clear communication of requirements to internal teams.

In this role you will help develop high-quality proposals, meet RFQ deadlines, and support fair, ethical bid practices while collaborating with Program Managers, Engineers, and sourcing analysts.

Competenze

• Minimum of one-year experience in business, accounting, or engineering.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, or engineering preferred.
• Fluently read, write, and speak English.
• Familiar with high-volume manufacturing and LEAN concepts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).

Mansioni

• Record all customer RFQs and updates to RFQs in a timely manner.
• Review RFQ document packages, including SOW, Parts List, drawings, specs, and quality notes.
• Communicate RFQ summaries to internal stakeholders to obtain bid/no bid decisions.
• Answer questions from internal colleagues regarding RFQ status and packages.
• Submit completed bid packages to the customer on time, by RFQ deadlines.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with bidding group to ensure accurate and ethical quotes.
