LHH is seeking a Customer Support & Order Management Specialist in Tulsa, OK to support customers and sales through product selection and ordering. The role collaborates with internal teams to answer product questions, provide quotations, manage orders, and resolve issues.

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience that includes order management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
