Northeast Tool & Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to manage customer RFQs, quotes, contracts, and purchase orders, ensuring alignment of customer requirements with ERP data and supplier processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Estimating, Purchasing, Quality, and Manufacturing to uphold compliance and service excellence.

The role emphasizes process integrity, data accuracy, and timely communications with internal teams and suppliers to support efficient order

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or purchasing support in manufacturing or B2B.
• Experience with ERP systems (manufacturing ERP strongly preferred).

Responsabilités

• Manage customer RFQs, quotes, contracts, and POs; align ERP data with supplier processes.
• Acknowledge RFQs, set up RFQs in ERP, track progress, and enter quote data.
• Review customer POs and contracts for alignment with quoted terms and obligations.
• Enter and maintain customer PO data and revisions in ERP; ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Administer customer procurement portals and issue vendor RFQs as needed.
• Communicate status updates with suppliers and escalate discrepancies to leadership.
